Billing and renewal

| Currency | Hong Kong dollars (HKD). If you pay by WeChat Pay or a card denominated in another currency, your payment provider converts at its own rate on the day, so the amount debited may differ slightly. |
| Payment methods | International cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and others) and WeChat Pay. All payments are processed by Stripe; Signest never sees or stores your full card number or payment password. |
| Statement descriptor | Charges appear on your card or WeChat Pay statement as SIGNEST. |
| Auto-renewal | Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. We email a reminder to your registered address before each renewal. |
| Cancellation | Cancel at any time, with no penalty. Access continues to the end of the paid period and nothing further is charged. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy. |
| Refunds | Full refund within 14 days of a first subscription. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy. |
| Taxes | Listed prices are the total payable. If any tax must be collected in your jurisdiction, it is itemised separately at checkout. |
| Provisioning | After a successful payment we email your download link and licence key, normally within 24 hours and no later than 2 business days. |
| Receipts | After a successful payment, Stripe emails you an English receipt automatically, showing the merchant name, amount, currency and transaction reference. For a reissue or a change of billing name, email luhuabo@gmail.com. |
